  • 1986 : Labor contracting services for industrial units

  • 1988 : Ahura Construction Company undertaking turnkey civil projects.

  • 1998 : Ahura Mazda Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. - factory at Sarigam, Gujarat manufacturing a range of steel furniture.

  • 2006 : Ahura Mazda Metal Forming and Finishing - factory at Guwahati, Assam producing steel cupboards as a dedicated OEM for Godrej and Boyce.

  • 2009 : Technical collaboration agreement with B&D Australia Pty. Ltd., to manufacture Roll-a-Doors for the local market and for export.

  • 2011 : Launch and marketing of two new brands: AM Doors and AM B&D Roll-a-Doors, to manufacture and sell fire-resistant and steel doors and roller shutter doors respectively, for the Indian and overseas market.

  • 2011 : Durand Forms (India) Pvt. Ltd. a joint venture with Western Forms (USA) – factory at Sarigam, Gujarat manufacturing aluminium formwork for the construction industry.
